Existing norms, assumptions, and institutions are being comprehensively challenged and some are fast collapsing. A meaningful alternative approach to development of organizations is the need of the hour. This is true regardless of the nature of the organization.

Aurosoorya offers an accelerated 3-month program to managers to certify them in a unique program geared toward approaching common problems in an uncommon way, aligned with the deeper impulse resident behind all development – The Flowering of Business Management Program.

The objectives of this program are the following:

•To explore trends of different kinds to throw light on the fact that there is a Conscious Design that is the context or framework within which all personal and organizational activity needs to occur for fullest impact.

•To explore organizational and personal limitations inherent in organizational and business activity and to explore practical approaches to overcoming some of these limitations.

•To re-frame an existing organizational problem and work out an alternative, more holistic solution, based on some of the insights of the Flowering of Business Management Program.

Participants will have access to Aurosoorya's writings, presentations, and Internet-based web environments and downloadable software, to explore some of these limitations and explore new possibilities in more detail.

The course will be organized as 3 self-paced modules – Fundamentals, Current Limitations & Possibilities, The Future. Each module will have required reading and / or software / presentations. Participants will submit an essay at the completion of each module.
