Objectives:
• Explore trends of different kinds to throw light on the fact that there is a Conscious Design that is the context or framework within which all personal and organizational activity needs to occur for fullest impact.
• Explore current developments in Science and their impact on organizational design and business thinking. Further, to explore some limitations of the New Science.
• To explore organizational, personal limitations inherent in organizational and business activity.
• Explore practical approaches to overcoming some of these limitations. Participants will have access to freeware, downloadable from the Internet, to explore some of these limitations in more detail.
• The course will examine what organizations may tend toward with the overcoming of these limitations.

Note: The writings, software, and presentations used in this course have been developed by Aurosoorya and will be freely available to participants of the course.

Course Outline
The course will be organized as 4 self-paced modules – Fundamentals, New Science, Software, & The Future. Each module will have required reading and/or software/presentations available on the Internet.

Module 1 – Fundamentals:
• Trends in Management

• Need for a New Management Framework
Participants will submit an essay based on summary questions.

Module 2 - New Science:
• Quantum Physics
• Beyond New Science
• Beyond Complexity
• Fractal Dynamics
Participants will submit an essay based on summary questions.

Module 3 – Software:
• Within
• PowersWithin
• FractalKey
• TeamAware
Participants will submit notes/observations based on use of software.

Module 4 – Future:
• Redefining Profit
• New Management Paradigm
• Experiential Presentations
Participants will submit essay based on summary questions, and notes/observations based on experiential presentations.

Results
• Participants may develop a keener sense of the meaning of sustainability within the context of the Business world.
• Participants may develop a sense for where future businesses will head.
• Participants may develop a sense for what is required to accelerate the evolution of business.
• Participants will be exposed to and will have an opportunity to develop an integral outlook on the world of business, combining the fields of Management, Science, Technology, and Spirituality.
